We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing an exceptional wellness experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and services within the store.
Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to enhance customer understanding.
Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing space for our clients
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, showcasing excellent phone etiquette when needed.
Create marketing materials, to increase foot traffic
Assist in inventory management, including restocking products as needed.
Create and help manage social media accounts; posting on socials
Promote upcoming events and sales to new and existing clients
Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including upselling and product demonstrations.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services offered by the store.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated to achieve personal sales goals.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters client relationships.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, particularly in a beauty or wellness setting.
