We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Director of Marketing & Operations to help manage a retail property that is currently undergoing a major transition and revitalization. Your Mission:Marketing & Branding – Reposition and Elevate the Property

Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that enhance visibility, drive foot traffic, and attract the right audiences.
Oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, including social media, advertising, PR, and community outreach.
Establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to maximize engagement and reach.
Plan and implement events and promotional initiatives to energize the property and create a compelling shopping experience.
Support tenants with marketing guidance and brand-building strategies to help them succeed.

Operations & Facility Management – Ensure Excellence

Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency throughout the property.
Work closely with maintenance teams and vendors to address facility needs, repairs, and improvements.
Develop and enforce operational policies and maintenance plans to enhance the shopping environment.
Support tenant move-ins, lease compliance, and facility requests to create a seamless experience.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and long-term asset value enhancement.

Who We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in marketing, operations, property management, or a related field.
Strong background in branding, digital marketing, and community engagement.
Experience in facility operations, vendor management, and tenant relations.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-changing environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage budgets, performance metrics, and strategic planning.
Knowledge of commercial real estate, retail properties, or shopping center operations is a plus.
