As our COEs have matured, our HRBPs are gaining increasing capacity to partner with the business leaders to create mechanisms and solutions that align their business and talent strategies.

About The RoleIn collaboration with our Centers of Excellence, you will provide strategic HR consultation and expertise to Senior Leaders across the Merchant organization, with a focus on Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Strategic Planning. Reporting to the Senior Director of People Business Partners, you will lead a team of HRBPs and ERBPs. This role involves close partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing Sales, Merchant Strategy & Operations, and Sales Operations. You will develop and execute a People strategy that empowers the team to deliver on a dynamic product and service strategy, addressing the evolving needs of our Merchants—including expanding our U.S. restaurant offerings and entering new verticals.

You have deep functional expertise in key HR areas, including Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Experience, Talent and Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations.

You have experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture where the business is continually evolving.

You have the ability to anticipate issues before they arise and proactively suggest long-term solutions.

You have excellent judgment and the ability to make sound decisions independently.

You have stellar project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and discipline to organize and prioritize.

Compensation
