Pro Recovery Solutions, LLC is hiring an External Marketing Outreach Liaison to join their team! Pro Recovery Solutions supports the Crossroads family of companies, which provide outpatient substance use disorder treatment and mental health treatment to clients.
This position will be the agency’s marketing liaison for Southern NJ in Atlantic County. The External Marketing Outreach Liaison is responsible for direct outreach and communication with governmental entities such as: law enforcement; justice; State, county and local government; fire; education; professionals (schools, universities, colleges; EAP’s, unions and trade alliances; attorneys, doctors; and other advocates for substance abuse awareness and Treatment.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Establishing and maintaining liaison relationships and communication with facility staff, service providers, support service providers, community resources, and clients;
· Supporting the overall business development of the programs including but not limited to, aiding the Clinical Directors of Outpatient, and Business Development in development, planning and implementation of strategies to guide program growth and sustainability. Collaborates with other departments to ensure compliance in the areas of human resources and quality assurance.
· Drives revenue and growth to all continuums of care for the Pro Recovery Solutions Companies with a special emphasis on the Recovery at the Crossroads programs for clients with Out of Network business model in the region assigned. Assists in outreach and marketing programs as appropriate or assigned. Attends and participates in all required meetings. Other functions as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
– Client focused; team oriented; great interpersonal and communication skills; flexible to sudden changes in workload, emergency or staffing; dependable; problem solving skills; focused on compliance and performance quality.
– Personal, Administrative or Marketing experience in a substance abuse related curriculum. Prior experience with primary emphasis with Out of Network benefits preferred. Extended care PHP with housing experience preferred.
– Microsoft Office, Kipu, EMR/CRM databases, accurate typing skills and the ability to use standard office equipment.
– Willingness to travel around 90% of the time
