, and strategic Product Marketing leader to support the Product Marketing team’s overall vision of bringing data-driven products to market that resonate with health seekers and strategically generate revenue with media partners. Leveraging comprehensive market and user analysis – a keen focus on the shifting digital consumption behaviors, digital media industry intelligence, and health &
wellness
business landscape – you will play a vital role in driving our business forward by introducing new products and/or optimizing our product suite to ensure offerings are scalable, effective, and privacy-compliant with both users and media partners.
The person in this role will be expected to manage a talented team of Product Marketers and collaborate well with cross functional leaders and stakeholders.

Where You’ll BeTo prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll DoServe as an owner and driver of the Product Marketing Roadmap, including but not limited to Video, Registration / Engagement focused experiences, Data and Targeting products. Work closely with Business, Marketing, & Direct Ad Sales
leadership
to continually enhance our GTM strategies including identifying competitive offerings, pricing/packaging strategy, and positioning.
Build productive and effective strategic relationships with Product, Sales, and Sales Marketing
leadership
to ensure we maintain our top tier position amongst digital health publishers. Lead product and marketing strategy development, tapping into your market knowledge to help product managers and creative & editorial teams identify and prioritize the most
impactful work
.
Lead B2B and B2C product launches with a multitude of
cross-functional teams
including Product, Marketing, PR, Sales, Client Success, Performance, Ad Operations, and more.
Ensure cross-functional alignment between marketing, editorial and sales for go-to-market collateral. Lead enablement and training at all touchpoints of GTM across various
cross-functional teams
.
Own and report overall product success through launch, in market performance analysis, and
optimization
strategy and process.
