Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a keen eye for design, and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating visually appealing graphics, and preparing detailed reports to measure the success of our initiatives. You will be pivotal in helping scale our marketing efforts and grow brand awareness across retailers and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, ppc marketing, as well as brand website marketing.

Graphic Design:

Design and produce high-quality digital marketing assets. This includes retouching product photos, web banners, email design, PPC advertisement images, and social media post. Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms for each brand.

Excel and Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using Excel and other analytical tools.

Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Basic use of excel formulas, pivot charts, and data aggregation for reporting.

Education:

Associate’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience:

1+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design, with mandatory knowledge in retailer and web PPC marketing, social media advertisement, and web design.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.

Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
