We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and achieve business growth. Responsibilities

Manage our team and culture to create special moments at our events and weddings venue.

Act as a general manager of the bar and sales team.

Great management skills a must

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with sales goals.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing data for informed decision-making.
Engage in technical sales discussions with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversee account management processes to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for business development.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the sales department to achieve collective goals.

Experience

Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably within a technical or B2B environment.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and account management practices.
Demonstrated ability in business development with a focus on outside sales initiatives.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,503.00 – $250,000.00 per year
