The Disposition Specialist will be experienced in marketing, negotiating deals, and ensuring efficient and profitable property sales within a real estate portfolio
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for all parties involved.
Market properties effectively to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and property details.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in administrative roles or customer service positions is preferred.
Background in sales or property management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with real estate law is a plus, enabling informed decision-making and various exit strategies.
Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as language skills can enhance client interactions, however, clearly understandable English is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
