Responsibilities :
• Development, in a
team environment
, our internal and external communications activities, including sales & marketing collateral, support web content management, social media support, e-communications, presentations, and sales proposals.
• Content:
Using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and more, create visual and written content to promote Navien and our line of plumbing, HVAC, and water treatment products.
• Produce, edit, and distribute marketing collateral including brochures, spec sheets, counter cards, banners, flyers, postcards, and more.
• Advertising: develop, edit, and distribute print and digital advertising pieces. Manage our advertising schedule and regularly plan and distribute appropriate content.
• Work closely with print suppliers and advertising reps to ensure correct & timely production.
• Conduct market research and stay knowledgeable about industry trends.
• Collect, analyze and recommend new strategies and
optimization
of current campaigns to continually improve the ROI and reach target goals.
• Engage with editors of industry publications and respond promptly to their requests.
• Other marketing tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design or equivalent, or 2 years similar experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software is a must (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign – Premiere Pro not required, but a plus).
• High level of customer service thinking.
• Strong verbal
communication
, spelling and writing skills.
• The ability to handle several projects at once under deadline pressure.
• An ability to understand, research, write and deliver summaries on a range of business issues.
• Experience with Apple systems and software.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Pluses :
• Previous experience with photography and videography.
• Experience with Hub Spot email marketing.
Pay Scale :
$ per hour DOE + eligible for an annual bonus.
