Through our closed-loop anaerobic digestion process, we convert organic waste and cow manure into green electricity or renewable natural gas, along with nutrient-rich byproducts. Headquartered in Massachusetts, we are rapidly expanding operations nationwide.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled logistics professional to join our team as the Director of Strategic Partnerships. In this critical role, you will lead the national Strategic Partnerships team, collaborating closely with the Sales team to establish and strengthen relationships with 3rd-party affiliates, logistics providers, and hauling companies.
You will oversee the development of partnerships, manage equipment and logistics, and build a robust affiliate network to support eight (8) new anaerobic digestion (AD) facilities, alongside 200 separate partnerships across the U.S. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, operational excellence, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Note: We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in Environmental Services, Hazardous Waste Management, Solid Waste Management, Sustainable Waste Solutions, or Environmental Compliance and Waste Disposal.

Establish and maintain relationships with strategic affiliates in key markets across the U.S
Build and sustain partnerships with haulers, logistics providers, and end sites to support national operations
Develop innovative solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive profitability
Hire, train, and manage an internal team to support division operations
Build and maintain a network of affiliates to support eight (8) AD facilities, each processing 250 tons of waste per day
Ensure all logistics operations align with company goals and deliver consistent, on-time performance
Perform additional duties as required
Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated success in logistics, transportation, or operational leadership roles
Proven ability to identify and address real-world challenges effectively and efficiently
Experience in process improvement to drive operational efficiency and profitability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting partnerships
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to establish and scale operations from the ground up
