The Nook on 16th is a small, locally owned boutique in the Denver Pavilions. We sell apparel, accessories, and gifts many of which are from local
Colorado vendors. We have created a welcoming environment with excellent customer service.
We are looking for a part-time sales associate to primarily help us with our social media presence and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Curate and upkeep 3 profiles over multiple platforms (platforms TBD with insight from the specialist and may change throughout the positions)
Create and report reasonable annual and monthly budgets for sets, advertisement plans, and extraneous expenses
Communicating and maintaining multiple posting schedules aligned with platform algorithms and in-store events
Utilize analytics tools to track media performance and generate both quantitative and qualitative reports about media output and community response
Develop and implement plans for increased engagement, and meet goals for converting engagement into sales
Planning, staging, and taking high quality, original, and innovative photos and videos for content
Communicate trends and styles that align with the store’s ideals to supervisor and using that information to help curate inventory for the brick and mortar and online stores
Reliably commute to the store and to an off-site location
Required Experience
1-2 years intimate knowledge of social media advertising, working with platform algorithms, and content creation
Proven experience photography/ videography and editing of digital media
Proven experience in graphic design
Proven experience writing and communicating quantitative and qualitative reports and in-depth plans with supervisors
Understanding of public relations and branding strategies
Able to work closely with a small team and have strong relationships with supervisor(s)
Excellent customer service
Experience in retail buying preferred
Ability to multitask and reorganize priorities as situations change
MUST have an open mind and willingness to learn
MUST have flexible hours
MUST be able to commute to multiple locations
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
