Job Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our organization. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage program management initiatives to optimize resources and improve service delivery.
Drive business development efforts to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate long-term strategic plans that align with company goals.
Supervise department heads to ensure they meet performance targets and adhere to company standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency.
Forecast future operational needs based on market trends and organizational objectives.
Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management within a similar industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Demonstrated expertise in program management and strategic planning.
Experience in business development with a focus on driving growth.
Exceptional supervisory skills, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams.
Proficient in process improvement methodologies with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to forecast operational requirements effectively based on analytical insights.
Experience in change management, successfully leading organizations through transitions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Any hospital or medical related business experience specially radiology related business is a major plus.
