We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and marketing expertise, with a strong understanding of e-commerce trends and strategies.
Duties
Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
Manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels across various platforms.
Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
Analyze website performance metrics using SQL and other analytics tools to inform decision-making.
Maintain and update the e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.
Requirements
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
Knowledge of SQL for data analysis is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on collaboration within teams.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
