We are seeking an experienced Catalog Manager to oversee and optimize our product listings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and sales growth. This is a role for someone with deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings, including creating, editing, and maintaining ASINs.
Ensure catalog accuracy, correct listing errors, and troubleshoot suppressed or stranded inventory.
Monitor and improve listing quality, including titles, images, descriptions, keywords, and variations.
Identify and resolve issues related to product classifications, brand approvals, and listing restrictions.
Analyze market trends and competitor listings to enhance visibility and conversions.
Work closely with the warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
Utilize advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, bulk uploads) to manage and update listings efficiently.
Handle case submissions with Amazon Seller Support to resolve catalog-related issues.
Develop strategies to improve catalog organization and streamline listing workflows.
Assist in onboarding new products and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing catalogs in Amazon Seller Central.
Strong knowledge of Amazon’s listing policies, compliance requirements, and troubleshooting processes.
Advanced Excel skills for bulk file uploads, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience with third-party Amazon tools.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in wholesale FBA or brand management is a plus.
