Duties
Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms to ensure visibility and attractiveness.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Utilize upselling techniques to increase average order value during customer interactions.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions using cash register systems and retail math principles.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Experience with cash register operations and retail sales processes.
Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone.

Solid understanding of retail math for accurate transaction processing and reporting.
Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
