Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead our community’s efforts in attracting new residents and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
Marketing Strategy:
Create and implement innovative marketing initiatives to increase community visibility and brand awareness.
Develop and manage advertising campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and public relations strategies.
Coordinate and participate in community events, outreach programs, and networking activities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Partner with the Executive Director and team to ensure alignment with community goals and objectives.
Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to leadership.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative problem-solving ability and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
Familiarity with the local market and referral networks (a plus).
