E-commerce Team Leader
Our company is seeking a driven individual with career aspirations to lead our e-commerce team of graphic designers, copy writers, marketing strategists, and coordinating execution with our fulfillment team.
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Working closely with necessary departments ensuring the proper execution of all campaigns.
The building of new campaigns on e-commerce back end.
Providing reports and sales data of campaigns
Track CRM & Marketing activities to ensure customer retention and customer loyalty.
Analyzing data and segmenting database effectively for targeted marketing activities.
Create and implement strategies to ensure issues are minimized and opportunities maximized.
Some customer Service
Job Requirements:
Intermediate/Advance knowledge of Excel and able to manipulate data into concise clear reports.
A strong ability to manage time and personnel prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
High level of confidence and articulation. Must be able to communicate efficiently with the team inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
Basic knowledge of cigars and the cigar industry is highly preferred.
Experience with Google Analytics, X-Cart, Listrak or other similar platforms is a plus.
