Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow our brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions) that resonates with our audience
Monitor trends, engage with followers, and build an online community
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to improve open and click-through rates
Write compelling website, blog, and marketing copy that aligns with our brand voice
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach and engagement
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
Qualifications:
✅ Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing
✅ Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
✅ Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other content creation tools
✅ Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
✅ Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred:
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or brand marketing
Knowledge of SEO and paid social advertising
Familiarity with influencer partnerships and collaborations

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
