Sales & Marketing Support Specialist
(Part-Time Role)
Objective:
The Sales & Marketing Support Specialist will focus on managing our e-commerce sales channels, and executing marketing initiatives across email and social platforms. This role helps scale our impact by maintaining accurate product listings, increasing sales outreach, and making data-driven decisions based on customer trends, sales performance, and market insights.
This is a 1099 contractor role with flexibility on the day and time you work.
Scope of Role:
Marketing Execution: Manage and execute wholesale and retail email campaigns, automated flows, and social media scheduling using Notion, Klaviyo, Faire, and Later.
E-commerce management: Maintain Shopify, Faire, and Bulletin product listings and inventory.
Wholesale & Product Sales Reporting: Generate insights to guide marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing Management:
Execute marketing efforts for wholesale email campaigns, retail campaigns, and automated flow creation for both retail and wholesale.
Utilize an editorial calendar to create and plan emails with provided AI-generated support in Notion.
Gather content, assets, and any other inputs to create and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo or Faire.
Utilize an editorial calendar to create, plan, and schedule social media posts using Later.
Shopify & E-Commerce Management:
Product Listing Management:
Maintain and optimize product listings on Shopify, Faire, and Bulletin to ensure accuracy, SEO-friendliness, and engagement.
Manage periodic new product onboarding and updates across e-commerce platforms.
Update custom Shopify meta tags and product listings to reflect seasonal updates, best sellers, and new arrivals.
Ensure photos are updated as available.
Inventory Management:
Ensure Shopify inventory is reflected correctly across Faire, Bulletin, and Etsy.
Pull stock reports to ensure timely reorders.
Process inventory purchase orders in Shopify.
Platform Maintenance:
Keep Shopify, Faire, and Bulletin collections and products visually organized for a better shopping experience.
Manage homepage updates with seasonal or campaign-based assets.
Reporting & Insights:
Generate wholesale sales reports (top sellers, slow-moving inventory).
Collect customer reviews and any associated assets from social media or Faire to build a database for marketing.
Requirements:
Shopify experience (managing product listings, minor site updates, and data retrieval).
E-commerce and email marketing knowledge.
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
Data analysis & reporting abilities.
Proactive & self-motivated approach to improving efficiency.
Bonus: Interest in stationery and/or diverse representation.
