Job Description:
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Shopify E-commerce Specialist to join our team and take charge of managing and enhancing product listings and content within the Shopify platform. This role is crucial for ensuring our online store’s success, demanding expertise in Shopify functionalities and a keen eye for content generation and optimization to drive sales and elevate user experience.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our products within the Shopify platform to effectively address customer inquiries and facilitate order placements.
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings within Shopify, ensuring accuracy, SEO compliance, and alignment with our brand identity.
Establish and enforce best practices for Shopify content, including imagery, descriptions, meta tags, and SEO components.
Align content with brand strategies.
Manage Google Ads & Meta Campaigns.
Continuously analyze Shopify store performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Utilize Shopify apps and tools to enhance the e-commerce experience, exploring new features for growth and efficiency.
Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy, consistency, and functionality of product listings and content within the Shopify store, including updating product listings and pricing.
Manage social media accounts.
Requirements:
2 years of hands-on experience as a Shopify specialist or similar role in e-commerce.
Proficiency in Shopify platform functionalities, SEO optimization, and theme customization.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO principles, and digital marketing strategies.
Experience managing social media accounts preferred.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to update content.
Analytical mindset for data interpretation and performance improvements.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
