We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Manager to enhance our marketing automation efforts, optimize our customer relationship management processes, and support broader marketing initiatives.
Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll help efficiently drive and convert leads by using your B2B marketing experience, HubSpot expertise, deep understanding of the buyer’s journey, communication skills, database management skills, organizational abilities, and HubSpot prowess. As an important part of our team, you will work alongside your marketing teammates to increase demand and sales leads through the efficient management of our HubSpot infrastructure, data, and marketing tech stack.
The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot platform to support marketing, marketing content, and sales operations. This role involves implementing marketing automation strategies, ensuring data integrity, providing insights through comprehensive reporting and analytics, and executing marketing tasks outside of HubSpot. The ideal candidate should have experience in inbound marketing to drive engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Management:
Oversee the implementation, setup, and ongoing management of the HubSpot platform.
Manage user roles, system access, and provide training to internal teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues.
Marketing Automation & Execution:
Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing and sales processes.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including re-engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure effective use of HubSpot tools.
Execute additional marketing tasks and projects outside of HubSpot as needed, including content creation, social media management, and event coordination.
Leverage inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads through content marketing, SEO, and lead nurturing.
Data Management and Reporting:
Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and maintenance of the CRM database.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights for performance improvements.
Monitor system performance and user activity to recommend continuous improvements.
Integration and Optimization:
Manage integrations between HubSpot and other platforms to ensure seamless operations.
Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and best practices to optimize platform utilization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 or more years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar B2B marketing role.
Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.
Experience in inbound marketing, including email and content creation, SEO, and lead generation.
Proficiency in creating and managing workflows, email campaigns, and data segmentation within HubSpot.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in data management.
Proficiency in Office365 applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
HubSpot certifications in Marketing, Content, Sales, and Service Hub.
Experience with integrating HubSpot with other platforms and tools.
Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe CS applications.
