What We’re Looking For:

A licensed Realtor or someone actively pursuing a real estate license.

Compensation:
$85,000 – $165,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Research potential homes and local communities to provide informed answers to buyer inquiries
Coordinate timely showings of properties with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers
Assist the lead agent in showcasing homes that align with buyer clients’ needs and budgets to drive sales
Aid clients in determining the best offer price and guide them through the closing process for a smooth transaction experience
Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly responding to buyer clients’ calls, texts, and emails
Follow up with leads and generate new leads
Schedule appointments and conduct consultations
Close sales efficiently and effectively
Qualifications:
Ability to dedicate significant time to driving in your vehicle
Proficiency with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or quick adaptability to new systems
Self-driven with the capability to work independently
Ambitious, motivated, and keen on professional development
Possession of a real estate license or a strong willingness to obtain one
