Founding Business Development Lead – Lytz (Remote, Denver/DTC-Based)
Lytz (lytz.io) is transforming how service businesses save money and increase efficiency with our innovative payment solutions. We’re a bootstrapped startup looking for a talented and entrepreneurial Business Development Lead to join us as a founding member. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our sales strategy, build strong business relationships, and help drive our growth from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
Business Development & Sales: Identify, engage, and onboard new business partners and customers.
Sales Process & Strategy: Develop and refine our sales approach, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Marketing & Funnels: Create and optimize lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
Social Media & Brand Awareness (potentially): Help manage our social presence to build excitement around Lytz.
SEO & Organic Growth (Bonus): Optimize our website and digital presence to drive organic traffic without heavy paid marketing.
Strategic Growth & Pricing: Be a key voice in discussions about pricing models, product direction, and company strategy.
Culture & Leadership: Bring energy, creativity, and strategic thinking to the team, helping shape the future of Lytz.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or growth strategy.
A go-getter who thrives in a startup environment and loves building from scratch.
Fun, positive, and strategic mindset—we want someone who’s as excited about Lytz as we are!
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with businesses and customers.
SEO experience is a big plus! We’d love someone who understands how to drive organic growth and increase visibility without relying on big ad budgets.
Bonus if you’re in or near Denver! While we’re a remote team, we’d love to have someone local.
