Job Summary

We are seeking a superstar,dynamic, self-motivated eCommerceEntrepreneurialAssistant to provide comprehensive support to our growing eCommerce business. Our company works within the women’s health andwellnessindustry. This individual will be a key player in managing customer service, marketing initiatives, and daily business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, resourceful, and thrives in afast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Empathetic Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

Manage returns, exchanges, and other customer-related issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain and update customer service scripts and FAQs.

Offer superiorproblem solvingand efficient communications with our wholesale and allied practitioner partners.

Quality Marketing Support

Assist with creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, etc.).

Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, managing lists, and analyzing performance.

Help organize and execute promotional campaigns, including influencer outreach, giveaways, and brand collaborations.

Track marketing metrics and provide insights to improve performance.

Support prep for vendor and trade shows.

Operations & eCommerce Management

Manage and update product listings on the website and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers.

Assist in packaging, shipping, andorder fulfillmentas needed.

Ensure website and eCommerce platforms are running smoothly, troubleshooting any issues.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the Founder/CEO and Managing Director.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.

Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for key projects.

Qualifications

Experience:Minimum 2 years in an eCommerceentrepreneurialbusiness, preferably a start-up.

Skills:

Critical thinkingandproblem solvingskills.

Researching and utilizing tools like ChatGPT and AI platforms.

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).

Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.

Experience with social media management and analytics tools.

Attributes:

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Passionate about women’swellnessand entrepreneurship is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in customer service or marketing forwellnessor eCommerce brands.

Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
