Job Title: eCommerce Entrepreneurial Assistant
Reports To: Managing Director/Founder
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Contract
Location: Hybrid-Remote – Addison, TX
Job Summary: We are seeking a superstar, dynamic, self-motivated eCommerce Entrepreneurial Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our growing eCommerce business. Our company works within the women’s health and wellness industry, and our This individual will be a key player in managing customer service, marketing initiatives, and daily business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Empathetic Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Manage returns, exchanges, and other customer-related issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain and update customer service scripts and FAQs.
Offering superior problem solving and efficient communications with our wholesale and allied practitioner partners.
Quality Marketing Support
Assist with creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, managing lists, and analyzing performance.
Help organize and execute promotional campaigns, including influencer outreach, giveaways, and brand collaborations.
Track marketing metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
Supporting prep for vendor and tradeshows
Operations & eCommerce Management
Manage and update product listings on the website and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers.
Assist in packaging, shipping, and order fulfillment as needed.
Ensure website and eCommerce platforms are running smoothly, troubleshooting any issues.
Stellar Administrative Support
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the Founder/CEO and Managing Director.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for key projects.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an eCommerce entrepreneurial business, preferably a start-up
Skills:
Amazing “can-do” attitude
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Researching and utilizing tools like ChatGPT and AI platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Family in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Attributes:

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Passionate about women’s wellness and entrepreneurship is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in customer service or marketing for wellness or eCommerce brands.
