About the Role:
As an eCommerce Manager within the digital team and in liaison with thecommunicationteam (for Asset and USP) and Valeo Service North America Retail & Ecommerce, you will be in charge of sales and animating various large Ecommerce providers.
Responsibilities Include:
This role is transversal with divisions to strive for Ecommerce growth and to structure the e-retail approach online. The content is key for online purchase decisions and you are the person who will guarantee that Valeo proposes the best of breed for those platforms.
You will support, challenge, and influence divisions on the portfolio and list of references.
You will provide reports, guidelines, advice, and benchmark Valeo vs automotive spare parts competitors and vs best-in-class brands.
You are a team player. You like to interact with marketers, sales, and supply within the organization. You are able to play and consolidate data in order to propose an action plan to leverage our growth locally. You are sales-driven and want to achieve strong performances.
You are in charge of boosting our sales online across North America. Your role is to support, streamline, and boost those local initiatives while increasing the turnover at the North America level and making synergies between local initiatives with other colleagues globally.
Generate Sales:
Define actions to generate revenue & define thepromotioncalendar.
Follow up sales evolution and performance of the channel.
Generate reports ofsales performanceand corrective action plans for business recovery and propose best-in-class content.
Propose best-in-class content ensuring we provide content to the platform in a structured and efficient manner.
Gather USP, specs, images, videos to feed the different platforms & adapt to localpurposewhen needed.
Select with local team and in alignment with VS NA retail the appropriate portfolio by region and by platform.
Analyze and benchmark.
Analyze competition and make proposals.
Report on weekly performance.
Present dashboard monthly.
Develop Product Coverage:
Work with divisions and Valeo Service to enlarge the range of products by portal.
Enlarge the number of references by product range.
Enlarge the number of countries offering eCommerce.
Identify local automotive specialists.
Ambassador and Team Player:
You play the game with digital team members from Content and Traffic.
You interact with Valeo Service, Regions marketers, Pricing, Sales, and Divisions.
