Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management
Develop and implement advanced Shopify solutions, including customizations, app integrations, and automation to enhance the user experience.
Manage product listings, collections, and categories with meticulous
attention to detail
.
Optimize the site for conversions, ensuring seamless navigation, responsive design, and fast load times.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Shopify platform, including themes, plugins, and checkout processes.
Stay up to date with Shopify’s latest features and tools, leveraging them to maintain a competitive edge.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Lead digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and
brand awareness
, with a focus on Shopify as the primary channel.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Oversee email marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, focusing on customer segmentation, automation, and personalization.
Collaborate with content creators to craft engaging campaigns that highlight Mimi Beds’ Montessori-inspired furniture.
Execute SEO and SEM strategies to maximize organic traffic and improve search visibility.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey, from discovery to post-purchase.
Manage promotions, and email campaigns to drive repeat purchases and
customer retention
.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor Shopify analytics and other tools to track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and
sales performance
.
Generate detailed reports and insights on ecommerce performance and marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency with Shopify , including advanced knowledge of themes, Liquid coding, apps, and integrations.
Proven experience in managing and scaling an ecommerce business on Shopify.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including paid ads, email marketing, SEO, and CRO.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, and Meta Ads Manager.
Ability to troubleshoot Shopify technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
Excellent
project management
and
multitasking
skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in English and French
An expert with Shopify and advanced app integrations.
