ECOMMERCE SPECIALIST Jobs in ‘Aiea, HI at T&C Surf Designs
Job Description:
T&C Surf Designs is currently looking for a full-time Ecommerce Specialist to join our team! This individual will collaborate and work closely with our Ecommerce, Merchandising and Marketing teams. The Ecommerce Specialist will join the online team to assist in the day-to-day operations and marketing. Ideal candidates will have experience with Ecommerce operations and marketing. T&C is seeking an individual who is looking to grow as an Ecommerce professional, can thrive in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to find creative ways to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be assisting in the following areas:
-Managing the day-to-day ecommerce operations of our Shopify site.
-Upload incoming product to Shopify and ensure accurate copy, images, product descriptions are displayed and merchandised.
-Create and optimize product listings.
-Replying to customer inquiries.
-Social Media Marketing through Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and other platforms.
-Scheduling and managing Social Media posts.
-Building and managing email list.
-Analyze advertising, promotions and campaigns.
-Assist with coordinating marketing collateral (email blast, photoshoot, marketing strategies, social media).
-Collaborate with other T&C Surf departments to ensure ecommerce business performs and achieves company goals.
-Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements).
-2-3 years’ work experience in Ecommerce and/or Social Media Marketing.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
-Experience with Shopify Platform a plus.
-Experience with Klaviyo a plus.
-Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
-Knowledge of digital photography, composition and lighting a plus.
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Possess a positive, can-do attitude that looks for solutions to problems and is always willing to pitch in where needed.

Founded in 1971 by surfboard shaper Craig Sugihara, T&C Surf operates three divisions: Surfboard, Retail and Licensing. The Surfboard Division operates from a state-of-the art shaping facility in Wahiawa. It provides our highly skilled board shapers with the best tools for designing and producing some of the world’s most sought-after surfboards. The Retail Division includes six locations on Oahu; Ala Moana Center, Haleiwa Store Lots, Kahala Mall, Ka Makana Ali’I, Pearlridge Shopping Center and Windward Mall. The Licensing Division has agreements around the world, including Australia, Brazil, Europe, Japan and New Zealand.
