Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email
Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience
Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work Monday to Friday in an 8-hour day shift
