What You’ll Do:
Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, SMS/MMS, PPC, SEO, direct mail, and special events.
Design and create marketing materials using Canva and other creative tools.
Execute and optimize split testing campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Collaborate on website development and eCommerce projects to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Manage and analyze campaign performance using data and insights to make recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate special events and promotional initiatives to engage customers and promote the brand.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and high grammatical standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
Proficiency in Canva, SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, SMS/MMS Marketing, and Website Development.
Experience in eCommerce platforms and direct mail campaigns.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong grasp of grammar and brand tone.
Highly detail-oriented, creative thinker, and self-motivated.
Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
