Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Email Marketing and Segmentation Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the execution of email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation efforts to deliver personalized, high-impact content to our audience. Your contributions will directly drive the success of our marketing initiatives, boosting
customer engagement
, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Email Campaign Support :
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing a variety of email marketing campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and automated emails. List Management & Segmentation :
Create and manage customer segments based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement data to deliver highly targeted and relevant content. Testing &
Optimization
:
Set up and analyze A/B tests on subject lines, email content, and send times to continually improve email performance and metrics. Data Analysis & Reporting :
Track key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and generate insights to optimize future campaigns. Marketing Automation :
Utilize email marketing and automation platforms to build workflows, manage lists, and execute campaigns.
Team Collaboration
:
Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure email content aligns with our brand messaging and campaign objectives. Customer Journey Mapping :
Help develop customer journey maps to identify gaps and enhance the email
communication
strategy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and email performance metrics Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
Experience with
content marketing and SEO best practices
Experience with
Salesforce and/or Pardot preferred Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Exceptional
attention to detail
and campaign execution skills Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
