The Email Marketing Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring clients achieve their email marketing goals by providing support, guidance, and strategic insights after onboarding, fostering long-term relationships and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding, addressing their needs and helping them maximize the value of email marketing services.
Analyze client campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for optimization and better engagement.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance metrics and discuss strategies for improvement.
Develop training materials and resources to educate clients on best practices for email marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or technical concerns that clients may encounter.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or email marketing.
Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms is preferred.
