Role Overview: As an Email Marketing Executive, you will support the planning, development, and execution of email marketing campaigns. You will work on all aspects of email marketing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and effective email content. You will collaborate with internal teams to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Email Campaign Execution:

Assist in the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.

Ensure email content aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.

Schedule and deploy email campaigns using email marketing platforms.

2. Performance Analysis and Optimisation:

Monitor key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing to optimise subject lines, content, and design elements.

Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.

3. Content and Design Collaboration:

Work closely with content creators and designers to develop engaging and visually appealing email content.

Assist in ensuring all email templates follow best practices for deliverability and engagement.

4. List Management and Segmentation:

Maintain and update email lists, ensuring proper segmentation for targeted campaigns.

Assist in subscriber growth initiatives and engagement strategies.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

Assist in preparing reports on email campaign performance and key metrics.

Document email marketing processes and maintain campaign records.
