Job description
24 Seven is partnering with one of their clients to help them find a Copywriter for this fully remote contract position. This is a 3 month contract with potential to extend working 10-15 hours/week.
*Candidates must be available during daytime hours for meetings and collaborations*
The ideal candidate: will have 5+ years of professional copywriting experience and be able to present abilities to write for B2B and B2C audiences.
Responsibilities:
Familiarize yourself with and adopt the voice and tone of multiple brands.
Write attention-catching, emotion-eliciting, on-brand, business-driving copy for a wide range of situations and channels, from social media posts and ad copy to email campaigns and print marketing pieces, for B2B and B2C audiences.
Join occasional status update meetings, project kickoffs, and/or brainstorms
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience with agency, in-house, or corporate communications teams.
You’re able to work with designers, project managers, and non-creative team members to deliver writing that powerfully connects with audiences.
Be able to work within established brand voice guidelines while modulating the tone of your writing for different audiences and situations.
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, track all timelines, and deliver on tight schedules.
Bonus Skills:
An understanding of content marketing trends and SEO
Experience with social platforms
Proficiency in: Slack, Box, Monday, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with copy editing and/or proofreading
Fluency in AP style
