We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable sales and marketing associate to help take our company to the next level. In this position, you will be part of our sales and marketing team who plan and implement sales and marketing activities. You should be familiar with analysis and market research, product and service promotion, and anticipation of customer behavior. You will be responsible for overseeing communication cadences, calls and follow-ups with new and existing clients. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities
Create SOWs, Proposals and NDAs/MSAs
Maintain contact database (HubSpot)
Manage daily administrative tasks
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
Drive outreach including creation of blog posts and weekly newsletters
Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies and presentations
Maintain and update impeccable record of marketing metrics and results
Build out fundamental marketing capabilities
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports
Monitor and report competitors’ sales and marketing activities
Prefered but not required: Experience in social media marketing, ecommerce, B2B sales and software or services industry experience
Requirements
1-3 years experience and/or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
Successful work experience in administration or sales and marketing
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong working knowledge of sales and marketing industry, including digital tools and techniques such as CRM and email campaigns
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently, a motivated self-starter
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and web analytics
Exceptional communication and presentation skills

100% Remote (Approx. 20% travel as needed)
