About Investigator Support Services (ISS):
ISS is seeking a skilled Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital presence and engagement in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and clinical research industries. This role is ideal for a contractor with expertise in B2B marketing, lead generation, and audience growth. Remote, flexible contract with potential for long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities
Social Media & LinkedIn Management:
Identify and connect with industry professionals, including sales and business development reps in our field.
Utilize tech tools such as Constant.ly, Expandi.io, or Heyreach.io to optimize LinkedIn outreach.
Update and maintain company and individual LinkedIn profiles to reflect branding and expertise.
Sync and integrate LinkedIn connections and data with Salesforce and Apollo.io.
Plan, write, and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts to increase visibility and engagement.
Email Marketing & List Management:
Develop and execute B2B email campaigns, including automation, A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.
Manage email lists, including acquisition, data cleaning, suppression lists, and ongoing maintenance.
Optimize email deliverability and ensure compliance with best practices (white-labeling, sender reputation).
Work with CRM and ESP platforms (Salesforce, SF Cloud Pages, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) to ensure seamless integration and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach for B2B audiences in pharma, life sciences, medical, or healthcare industries.
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn networking tools and email marketing platforms (Apollo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Cloud Pages, etc.).
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing digital engagement strategies.
