The Role
As an Email Marketing Specialist , you will take the lead in crafting and executing
impactful
email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Your expertise in platforms like Mailchimp will be instrumental in enhancing our digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp to achieve business objectives. Segment customer data to create personalised and

email journeys. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise for improved engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to deliver on-brand messaging and visuals. Work closely with the digital marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing to ensure campaigns remain
