Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
Design engaging social media graphics, flyers, and table tents to promote specials, events, and new offerings.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of our food, drinks, staff, nightlife, and some events.
Maintain an active presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok by scheduling and posting content.
Monitor social media notifications, messages, and comments to engage with our audience in a timely manner.
Stay on top of social media trends and implement creative strategies to grow our audience.
Website & Digital Presence Management
Keep our website updated with current promotions, menu items, and event details.
Upload live music schedules to the website and create Facebook events.
Maintain and update our Google Business profile, ensuring hours, images, and key information are accurate.
Analytics, Advertising & Influencer Collaborations
Track and analyze social media performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving reach and engagement based on analytics.
Create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to maximize visibility and promotions.
Identify and reach out to local influencers for collaborations, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with managers to align marketing efforts with business goals, upcoming events, and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in social media marketing, preferably in the restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry.
Strong graphic design skills (Canva or similar design tools).
Photography and video editing skills.
Familiarity with Wix for website updates and email marketing.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager (setting up, optimizing, and analyzing ad campaigns).
Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, outreach, and partnership coordination.
Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement tactics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate with the team.
Ability to work some weekends to capture nightlife content and event coverage.
Schedule & Work Environment:
Flexible schedule with a mix of remote work and on-site content creation.
Occasional weekend shifts to capture live events and nightlife atmosphere.
