Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Email Marketing Specialist role located in Delhi, India. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for marketing analytics,communication, lead generation, audience engagement, and acheiving high deliveries and open rates.
Qualifications
1. Email Campaign Development and Execution
Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with business goals, focusing on lead generation and nurturing.
Write and optimize email content, with a strong emphasis on creating attention-grabbing subject lines to improve delivery and open rates.
Ensure email campaigns are mobile-friendly, visually appealing, and brand-consistent.
2. ESP Management
Use platforms like Mailchimp, Benchmark, Send Grid, or similar tools to create, schedule, and monitor email campaigns.
Manage email templates, audience lists, and campaign workflows within these platforms.
Monitor and improve spam scores, deliverability rates, and compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
3. Lead Generation and Nurturing
Develop email strategies for capturing, nurturing, and converting leads through automated workflows and drip campaigns.
Create and refine segmentation strategies to target specific audience groups effectively.
4. Analytics and Reporting
Track and analyze key email marketing metrics, including delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Generate detailed reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Leverage A/B testing to improve subject lines, content, and CTAs for better performance.
5. Content Creation and Personalization
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging, personalized email copy and visuals.
Use personalization techniques anddynamiccontent to create relevant andimpactfulcampaigns for different audience segments.
6. Staying Updated on Trends
Keep up with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
Implement new strategies to enhance email performance, such as interactive emails, AMP technology, and AI-based automation.
