GovEase is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role that assists with marketing materials, social media, email communications, and administrative office tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Create marketing materials, including print and digital use, branded items, and event-related content.
Manage social media content and engagement across company platforms.
Develop and distribute marketing emails, including event communication and promotion.
Conduct research to support sales and marketing strategies.
Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate and organize marketing materials and event setups, including managing inventory, preparing conference booths, and ensuring shipments arrive on time.
Provide administrative support, including managing executive calendars, processing
expense reports, organizing office supplies, and maintaining essential stock.
Provide customer support during high-volume times as needed, including handling incoming chats, calls, and emails.
Requirements
Experience with Canva and HubSpot is preferred, not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or 2+ years’ experience in marketing or communications.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
