Our Marketing Team Support will support the marketing team by assisting with campaign execution, content creation, client communication, administrative tasks, and market research. Ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced marketing environment. Works closely with marketing and other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful marketing and communication initiatives.
Essential Functions:
Marketing Support & Execution
Assist in the coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, client communication activities, and events.
Help create, proofread, and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and emails, including preparing and maintaining distribution lists.
Support the management and distribution of digital marketing and communication efforts, including website updates and bulk email and voicemail communications.
Assist in creation of PowerPoint presentations, as needed.
Market Research & Reporting
Maintain marketing activity reports to track lead generation, campaign performance, engagement metrics, goals tracking, and ROI.
Provide email and voicemail delivery reports to various departments.
Conduct online research on competitors, industry trends, and customer insights to support marketing strategies.
Administrative & Team Coordination
Assist with organizing trade shows, sponsorships, and promotional events.
Assist in onboarding of new marketing and distribution partners.
Maintain an organized inventory of event materials and branded collateral.
Research ideas, order, and maintain inventory of promotional items for events and giveaways.
Regular and predictable attendance
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
1 – 3 years of experience in a professional environment. Marketing-specific experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and website content management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including Word and PowerPoint).
Experience with WordPress, marketing automation tools, analytics tools, and CRM is a plus.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
