In this role, you’ll work closely with industry experts and contribute to real-world projects that help shape our brand and drive business growth. Responsibilities
Content Management: Proof and edit thought leadership articles, case studies, and other marketing materials. Oversee editorial calendars to ensure consistent and timely publishing while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Social Media: Manage social media presence by executing campaigns and tracking performance to adjust strategies as needed.
Website Management: Keep the website updated, adding new content regularly that aligns with key marketing initiatives.
Email Marketing: Create and distribute weekly and monthly email campaigns through HubSpot.
Event Coordination: Assist with events and conferences, including managing sponsorship logistics and providing on-site support (lifting and transporting materials up to 30 lbs).
Data Management: Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and organization, including managing mailing lists for targeted email campaigns.
Market Research & Insights: Track industry trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and inform marketing decisions..
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, business, communications, or related fields preferred)
Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment while using critical thinking to execute tasks independently.
Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and presenting ideas clearly.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
High level of enthusiasm, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning new skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Desired
Experience with content creation, social media, and copywriting in a school or professional setting.
Familiarity with social media analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
Ability to manage editorial calendars and deliver consistent, high-quality content.
Confidence to propose new ideas based on research and emerging marketing trends.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and opportunities.
Details
Compensation: Starting at $18/hr, or $20/hr with a Master’s degree
Schedule: 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Location: Remote anywhere in the U.S.; suitable home office required.
Travel: Some travel is required.
