Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Manager to help elevate 4MyDogs’ digital presence. This is a contract, per diem role ideal for someone with a passion for pets, strong content creation skills, and expertise in social media management. You will be responsible for curating and executing engaging content across our platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management: Develop and schedule high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, and posts) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling captions and messaging that align with our brand voice and resonate with our community.
Engagement & Community Growth: Actively engage with our online audience by responding to comments, messages, and tags to foster a loyal community.
Campaign Execution: Develop and execute seasonal, promotional, and event-based campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor social media insights and adjust strategies based on performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
Collaboration: Work closely with the 4MyDogs team to align content with business goals, upcoming promotions, and in-store events.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (preferably for a pet, lifestyle, or hospitality brand).
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design/video editing tools.
Excellent writing skills with a fun, engaging, and brand-aligned tone.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once.
Passion for dogs and pet care is a plus!
