Email/Text Marketing Manager
We’re on the lookout for aninnovative, analytical, detail-oriented, organized Marketing Manager to spearhead our email and text program. In this role, you’ll help us create customers by presenting the right message at the right time. You will plan, execute and optimize end-to-end campaigns. The ideal candidate isinnovativeand has a rich understanding ofcustomer engagement.

What you’ll do:
Drive performance of our promotions program (email, text, onsite)
Determine the strategy for campaigns and triggered flows
Write copy for subject lines, preview text, email body, sms, onsite banner copy, etc.
Create creative briefs, collaborate with designers, QA and sign off on email/texts
Set segmentation strategy
Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator schedule campaigns
Optimize landing pages for emails/text traffic
Continually improve our email templates
Continually improve our sign up strategy and lead capture rates
Build and manage relationships with strategic partners
Maintain accurate, timely reports
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Stay up to date on industry trends and email/sms marketing best practices
Who you are:
3-5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,Communicationor related field
Demonstrated experience using at least one mainstream ESP
Have solid understanding of KPIs and their implications
Ability to translate high-level objectives into actions including organizing information, managing projects, and working with others on a close-knit team
A well rounded communicator, collaborator and presenter who loves to share findings and actionable insights
Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences
A “no task is too small” attitude and a positive, spirited outlook
Extra Credit:
Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify
