Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their ice cream selections.
Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the serving area, adhering to sanitation standards.
Prepare and serve ice cream products, ensuring quality and presentation.
Upsell additional items and promotions to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience
Experience in food service, particularly in quick service or fast food environments
Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems, such as Aloha or Micros
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
Basic math skills for handling transactions and upselling products
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
