The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating experiences that accelerate the growth of Pokémon GO in Emerging Markets. You’ll help drive the go-to-market growth strategy, coordinate product and marketing efforts with on-the-ground resources, and act as the authority on Emerging Markets.
We’ll look to you for a deep understanding of the global mobile gaming landscape, using quantitative and qualitative approaches to lead growth marketing and business development initiatives. The right candidate has a passion for

Responsibilities Coordinate with UA Team to deliver data-driven strategies tailored for LATAM, ensuring proactive campaign planning and market-specific adjustments.
Monitor weekly performance data, identify trends, and optimize campaign outcomes.
Identify and evaluate new Emerging Markets in the region for investment opportunities.
Design and execute campaigns aligned with product updates and pipelines, leveraging insights from ad platforms and product teams.
Oversee partnerships with external agencies to enhance campaign performance and drive
innovation
.
Liaison with the Emerging Markets Country Managers to coordinate campaigns and priorities.
Lead Live Ops requests, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with internal partners
Be responsible for the creation and on-time delivery of copy bundles, marketing materials, and other campaign assets.
Represent Emerging Markets LATAM in planning meetings, ensuring alignment with product marketing and Live Ops initiatives.
Engage with player communities and incorporate feedback for future events.
Act as a liaison for partners, support LATAM-related activities, and strengthen regional partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members and partners, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
Required in-office 2 days on Wednesdays and Thursdays Qualifications Bachelor ’s degree(or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience a plus.
4+ years in User Acquisition, Live Ops, or Product Marketing, ideally in gaming or mobile apps.
2+ years of building and engaging with user communities
Expertise in Emerging Markets with focus on LATAM Markets Agency management, from selection to high-level strategy and execution.
Data analysis and campaign
