Employee Communications Manager Jobs in Redwood City, CA at Electronic Arts

Design and execute a variety of email campaigns and workflows for clients and prospects, customized by channel and market segment, including writing, design, quality assurance reviews, testing, and reporting.
Create and edit basic landing pages and forms in WordPress to support marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Build and manage contact lists using the CRM (HubSpot) filtering tools, including creating targeted lists, updating client contact information, and uploading/importing new contacts.
Assist in managing social media, including creating content calendars and writing posts for various platforms.
Manage pop-up client communications within Inova HCM (UKG Ready).
Manage and promote client newsletter, and referral and reward programs
Work with operations leadership to write concise, on-brand client communications and circulate for approvals.
Establish key client communication statistics and track them over time; issue monthly reporting
Understand and adhere to all email marketing regulations; keep up with email best practices, and consistently evolve the client email program to increase effectiveness
Create and manage surveys in SurveyMonkey; monitor surveys and create reports.
Make use of video within client and prospect emails and training materials for maximum impact.
Write content for marketing campaigns, collateral, blog and HR news posts, eBooks, whitepapers, etc.
Edit and proofread a variety of content pieces for internal team members, including internal memos, press releases, articles, social media posts, etc.
Work with designers and outside agencies as needed to develop client case studies, testimonials, client training guides, and other materials

Excellent written English language communication skills, including experience writing emails, press releases, blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, etc.
Experience in a B2B services environment (technology services a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related area preferred
Experience with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs, SurveyMonkey, and Canva or similar platforms
Experience with WordPress
Experience in videography desired
Three or more years of marketing communications experience
Familiarity with current content rules for search engine optimization
Organization and project management skills
Demonstrated track record of providing exemplary customer service to internal clients

The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist will create and execute B2B marketing communications strategies to educate Inova’s clients, attract interest in Inova’s products, provide value to prospects at different stages of the sales funnel, and equip sales consultants with content tools to help them engage prospects and ultimately close deals.

The person in this role will collaborate with operations and other Inova departments to communicate important account-related news and information to various client segments with the goal of providing value to our clients with each touchpoint. This position will also assist in cross-selling initiatives to ensure the company meets its desired goals for product penetration. The individual in this role must be an advocate for the client, ensuring the messaging is relevant, timely, and on-brand.

The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist will possess both a high-level understanding of communications strategy and the ability to relentlessly manage details and deadlines. This position requires advanced writing skills, experience adapting his/her writing style to various audiences, excellent research skills, and the ability to write about complex issues, such as legislation affecting employers, in a manner that is easily understood by busy professionals.
