Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Employee Engagement Officer to enhance employee satisfaction, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive engagement initiatives within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with company goals.
Organize engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building events.
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction.
Collaborate with HR and management to enhance workplace culture and morale.
Address employee concerns and act as a liaison between staff and leadership.
Develop communication campaigns to keep employees informed and motivated.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for seamless integration.
Monitor engagement trends and recommend best practices.
Prepare reports and insights on engagement levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role (preferably in hospitality).
Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
Ability to attend accommodations.
⏳ Willingness to work flexible hours.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to create and implement engagement programs effectively.
Understanding of employee motivation and workplace culture development.
⚡ Proactive, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a people-centric approach.
