Women’s Mental Health Specialists (WMHS) is a mission-driven practice dedicated to providing specialized mental health care for women. We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing & Social Media Coordinator on a contract basis to manage our email marketing campaigns and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Mailchimp Management: Set up, automate, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage and grow our audience.
Email List Management: Maintain and segment email lists to improve personalization and outreach effectiveness.
Campaign Analytics: Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Social Media Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Engagement & Growth: Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online presence.
Performance Tracking: Report on social media trends and campaign results to refine future marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Mailchimp and email marketing automation.
Strong copywriting skills to create engaging email and social media content.
Social media management experience with a focus on engagement and brand awareness.
Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is a plus.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.
Contract Details:
