Job Summary
The Engagement Specialist role brings together several aspects that make this moreexcitingthan a regular sports content gig. This opportunity combines the worlds of sports, digital media, and data analysis into a nuanced responsibility that will allow you to create immediate impact in a quantifiable manner, while setting the stage for constant growth and learning within a global team.
The selected candidate will primarily be tasked with devising and executing content strategies to leverage ClutchPoints’ extensive social media presence for driving revenue-generating engagements from the audience. The role will involve the use of several media and data tools to determine the best course of action in thedynamicsports media ecosystem. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in the creation of several forms of digital media including but not limited to graphics, videos and articles.

Duties
Understand the needs of sports fans and create content accordingly.
Always be on top of the latest sports news, especially NBA and NFL news.
Stayup-to-datewith the latest social media trends and developments.
Be a self-starter and aim to move the needle.
Implement learnings from data in content decisions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
Basic Qualifications
Must be an NBA fan, possessing good knowledge of the league. Must also have a very basic understanding of the NFL to begin with
3+ years of experience in social media content or digital content, preferably in sports and entertainment verticals
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
Ability to craft compelling and engaging copy
General familiarity with graphic design tools (i.e. Photoshop, Canva, etc.) with great design instincts
Knack for data analysis
Attention to detail
Team player who can maintain individuality while working towards collective goals
Motivated and willing to experiment with new ideas
